Mobility is changing. The automobile is increasingly developing into a fully autonomous means of transport. This development is accompanied by the demand to incorporate more sensor technology into the exterior of the vehicle. With the AVIERA Sensor we present a new step towards the future. The guiding principle of the project was the integration of high-end lidar units at the relevant locations around the vehicle. Below we invite you on a journey into the process of creating this vision.

Both the lighting functions and the sensor technology have been elegantly integrated into a horizontal smart strip. Attention was paid to the fact that the signature is largely determined by the integration and staging of the individual elements.
