WICON applicator
The wrap-around applicator is used to mark cylindrical bodies such as single wires, strands, cables, hoses, tubes or round rods with a diameter of 2 - 16 mm.
The labelling field of the labels is wrapped with the transparent protective laminate and thus permanently protected from environmental influences.
The product is inserted horizontally and positioned by the centring apertures. The distance from the label edge to the end of the product can be adjusted with a stop from 25 to 100 mm (1 to 4").
The cycle time for printing and wrapping is 1.8 - 6 seconds, depending on the number of wraps.
